What you will do
- Build the AI Agent Factory, providing shared patterns, templates, and infrastructure for reliable agent deployment.
- Develop systems that safely connect LLMs to structured data, focusing on access control, context delivery, and governance.
- Integrate with the semantic layer to ensure consistent business definitions across agents and dashboards.
- Create evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor agent quality and behavior over time.
- Implement guardrails to protect against hallucinations, cost overruns, and data misuse.
- Build early analytics automation agents for insight generation and recurring reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience building production-ready LLM-powered applications, agents, or tool-use systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
- Must be based in the US (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Familiarity with semantic layer tools (e.g., LookML, dbt metrics layer).
- Experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments.
- Background in building internal platforms or developer tooling used across teams.
