What you will do

• Conduct on-site residential home energy assessments and diagnostic testing.
• Communicate program details and next steps to customers in English and Spanish.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy efficiency upgrades.
• Build and maintain relationships with non-profits, municipalities, and local stakeholders to generate leads.
• Lead outreach efforts and represent the program at community events and workshops.
• Coordinate with program teams and contractors to ensure timely and compliant installation of measures.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in home performance, energy efficiency, or in-home customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC).
• Reliable transportation for frequent travel throughout Clackamas County.
• Ability to work in residential environments, including attics and crawlspaces.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of residential building systems and HVAC.
• BPI certification (or the ability to obtain it).
