What you will do
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing frontend and backend systems for a global compliance platform.
- Develop AI-enabled product capabilities that improve automation, data processing, and customer insight.
- Embed AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, and architectural exploration into engineering workflows.
- Improve deployment frequency, code quality, automated test coverage, observability, and production reliability.
- Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture for complex distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers and raise standards of ownership, quality, and accountability across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience aligned with senior-level scope.
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
- B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with React or similar frameworks, TypeScript, and Node.
- Experience with distributed systems, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on AI usage that produced measurable business or engineering outcomes, with responsible and secure implementation practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise-scale platforms.
- Experience in compliance, financial systems, or other regulated domains.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives.
