What you will do

• Manage customer communication via email and phone to follow up on payments and resolve inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, short payments, and billing issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Process customer refunds and maintain detailed documentation of collection activities in NAV.
• Prepare weekly ageing reports using Excel and monitor credit risk metrics to support DSO goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely cash flow and reduce overdue ratios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Fluent/professional Dutch and English (written and verbal) required.
• Must possess a valid working visa for the Netherlands.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
