What you will do

• Forecast, budget, and monitor short- and long-term cash flow to ensure liquidity in partnership with FP&A.
• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, vendor approvals, and employee expense reporting.
• Serve as the primary Coupa system administrator, managing workflows, permissions, and integrations with NetSuite.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory filings, including 1099 and state/city reporting.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team, handling performance management and hiring.
• Lead period close activities, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses for relevant accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in AP and cash management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, best practices, and internal compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying and addressing financial discrepancies.
