What you will do

• Plan, design, and implement core product features from ideation to completion.
• Own user-impacting features end-to-end, collaborating with product and customer success teams.
• Drive technical architecture and contribute significantly to the product roadmap.
• Develop software using a polyglot stack including Rust, Go, TypeScript, and Haskell.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
• Proven experience building and supporting scalable SaaS products.
• Proficiency in relational databases and writing performant SQL queries.
• Experience with full-stack development and observability tooling.
• Experience using AI coding tools in production environments.
