Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Design and ship scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Create intuitive, high-quality user interfaces using Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered systems into core user workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
• Refactor systems and improve testing to ensure long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina or Uruguay
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend.
• Experience with modern frameworks like Next.js and Node.js.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and AWS infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM models into production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Background in health, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience with AWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code.
