What you will do

• Act as the pricing lead for assigned product lines to define and test new AI packaging and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Product GMs and P&L owners to build multi-phase monetization roadmaps with defined KPIs and guardrails.
• Design pricing constructs and sensitivity scenarios incorporating AI model/token economics and inference costs to protect margins.
• Define telemetry requirements and entitlement controls for scalable usage management and predictable economics.
• Lead concept testing, A/B pilots, and controlled rollouts to refine offers and price fences based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to operationalize pricing policies into efficient workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy or product monetization for SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience working specifically on AI-enabled products.
• Proven track record in developing and launching license-based, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly regarding token economics and inference cost variability.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Sales Ops) without formal authority.
• Familiarity with SaaS O2C, entitlement/metering, and CPQ systems.
