What you will do

• Own and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution.
• Translate business goals into product priorities while balancing long-term vision with iterative delivery.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and monetization models.
• Quantify opportunity sizes and build business cases to inform investment decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure predictable delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and experimentation workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, MarTech, or lead management environments.
• Proven track record of executing product launches that directly impact business outcomes.
• Deep experience building web-based applications with complex UI workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and KPI tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead management, distribution, or marketing automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Design.
