What you will do

• Lead and support design teams in creating high-quality screen designs and prototypes for multiple client engagements.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Translate metrics and data insights into actionable design decisions and product direction.
• Mentor and coach UX/UI designers to support their professional growth.
• Champion product vision and execute tactical design plans that align with business strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Must be based in Canada and able to work in Eastern Timezone (ET).
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and Lovable.
• Deep expertise in brand and design systems creation, implementation, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and engagements simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience managing team members.

• Experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and technical constraints.
• Background in user research and testing methodologies.
