What you will do
- Design end-to-end experiences from early concepts to polished, shipped UI.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear interaction models.
- Use research and rapid iteration to simplify complex operational workflows.
- Build and evolve the design system to ensure consistent quality at scale.
- Partner with QA to review, test, and define clear specs and edge cases.
- Use AI tools to explore options, validate decisions, and increase design impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience designing complex B2B web applications in operational domains.
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.
- Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in user experience design or a related field.
