What you will do

• Oversee daily AP operations including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and payment reviews.
• Manage and mentor an AP Specialist.
• Implement and maintain procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines and SOX compliance.
• Manage month-end close cutoffs and the annual 1099 process.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system errors and with procurement to address open AP issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Advanced knowledge of full-cycle accounts payable.
• Proven experience as an AP Manager.
• Coupa experience required.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Netsuite ERP experience.
