What you will do

• Manage the bidding process, including preparing contract documents and bidders lists.
• Lead evaluation processes by distributing quotations and preparing commercial bid tabulations.
• Coordinate and lead negotiation processes to resolve complex commercial terms and conditions.
• Manage award and conforming processes for equipment, services, and subcontracts.
• Provide support for procurement administration, expediting, and project closeout.
• Train and lead other procurement representatives with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Business, Technical/Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided.
• Proficiency in contract comprehension and commercial term resolution.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and vendor databases.
