Salary: $159,120 – $258,570

What you will do

• Hire and develop teams of simulation, rendering, visualization, and software engineers focused on VLA-based robotics.
• Lead the development of a simulation platform based on NVIDIA Omniverse technology.
• Define the long-term vision and establish a multi-year roadmap for robotics simulation and digital twins.
• Translate business and autonomy requirements into technical simulation solutions.
• Collaborate with autonomy, controls, and enterprise data groups to ensure seamless system integration.
• Strategize the integration and consolidation of existing simulation assets into a cohesive digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in robotics, simulation, or software engineering (startup experience preferred).
• 5+ years of technical experience in simulation, robotics, or autonomy.
• Direct experience deploying Omniverse-based digital twins is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Irving, Texas.

Nice to have

• Strong background in statistical and neural network simulation.
• Proven track record in establishing new organizations and teams.
• Deep understanding of simulation architecture, model governance, and verification/validation practices.
• Experience in construction or mining automation.
• Master's or PhD degree.
