What you will do
- Lead complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving or performance issues.
- Prepare detailed reports with KPIs and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and achieve goals.
- Provide guidance and training to team members in programmatic expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in programmatic platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads.
- Mentorship mindset and ability to guide teammates.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable ideas.
- Analytical problem-solver with a data-backed approach.
- Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
