What you will do
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to support SMB client strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-informed bidding and targeting decisions.
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and designers to align campaigns with client goals.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline research, ad copy ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
- Ability to work standard business hours on Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, or YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge of a second language.
- Experience in an agency or SaaS environment.
