What you will do

  • Support the implementation, updates, and renewals of drug benefit plans.
  • Analyze and validate plan data and configuration parameters.
  • Process and follow up on operational requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams to enhance internal tools and processes.

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 0-2 years of early-career experience in insurance, healthcare, analytics, or administration.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required for daily collaboration across Canada.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation).
  • Must be based in Montreal, Québec.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of drug benefit plans or the insurance industry.
  • Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or clinical environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills or exposure to SQL.
