Salary: $177,000–$221,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the AI-first product strategy using LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Identify and validate customer pain points to develop agent-based automation solutions.
• Design, prototype, and iterate on intelligent workflows with user-centric UX.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with retail stakeholders to translate needs into agentic behaviors.
• Build a comprehensive use case library and internal playbooks for AI agent design and evaluation.
• Partner with Applied AI, engineering, and GTM teams to launch and scale products from exploration to adoption.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in product management or equivalent technical roles.
• Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to build or interpret prototypes using tools like LangChain, Streamlit, or Python.
• Proven track record of managing product discovery and testing early-stage concepts.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one, and high-ownership environments.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Mountain View, California.

Nice to have

• Background in retail, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building copilot or agent-based AI systems.
• Prior startup or incubation team experience.
