Salary: $159,500 - $271,200 Annually

What you will do
- Own the corporate Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Program, including governance models and cross-division alignment.
- Define and maintain corporate requirements for product safety and market access (e.g., SEMI S2/S8/S14, CE/UKCA, NRTL/CB Scheme, EMC).
- Lead the implementation of ’s Machinery Regulation initiative, from interpretation of requirements to execution tracking.
- Drive corporate-level risk management by defining escalation pathways and maintaining decision logs.
- Manage the product safety incident reporting system, including triage, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
- Establish and report program metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure audit-readiness.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical) or a relevant technical discipline; MS preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship for complex electromechanical systems.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional global programs with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of global market access frameworks (SEMI, IEC/EN/UL 61010, CE/UKCA, EMC).
- Strong verbal and written command of the English language.
- Ability to travel as needed for supplier/lab engagement, site support, and industry forums.
Nice to have
- Experience representing a company in standards bodies or industry forums (e.g., SEMI).
- Experience managing relationships and negotiating scopes and costs with third-party test labs and notified bodies.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance programs such as RoHS/REACH.
