What you will do

• Define and execute the global cyber security strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead the design and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned to ISO 27001, SOC2, and TISAX.
• Oversee global Security Operations (SecOps), including threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
• Act as the executive incident commander for major cyber events and drive post-incident improvement.
• Oversee secure architecture, cloud security standards, and the integration of security into the SDLC via DevSecOps.
• Represent the company as the senior authority on cyber security with regulators, auditors, and partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience securing modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven track record in incident response leadership and crisis management.
• Knowledge of emerging AI security risks and controls.
