What you will do

• Manage intake, processing, and forensic imaging of physical devices and digital media, ensuring proper chain of custody.
• Serve as the primary Emergency Incident Response (EIR) Intake consultant, leading scoping calls and coordinating commercial paperwork (EWO/SOW).
• Provision and troubleshoot cloud analysis Virtual Machines (VMs) and forensic tooling, such as EDR agents.
• Develop innovative security solutions using advanced knowledge of security protocols and internal technologies.
• Document operational processes for digital media lifecycle management and forensic imaging to improve efficiency.
• Maintain lab physical equipment to support forensic investigations and incident response efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in managed threat response, remediation, and digital forensics.
• Deep expertise in threat actor TTPs, vulnerability analysis, and the use of exploitation tools.
• Experience with firewall management, network security infrastructure, and encryption/MFA.
• Strong administration skills in Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.
• Proficiency in provisioning cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
