What you will do
- Translate People and Place requirements into AI-driven agents, tools, and apps.
- Build conversational experiences using Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow.
- Implement end-to-end use cases through configuration, prompt tuning, and system integration.
- Optimize the agentic experience layer to deflect routine Tier-0/Tier-1 queries.
- Ensure all AI experiences meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Document solutions and create reusable templates to allow experiences to be scaled.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/systems development or automation engineering (or 3 years with a Master's degree).
- Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Glean, or ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and enterprise APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR, IT, or Facilities systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, RAG, or agent orchestration.
