AI Digital Experience Engineer

What you will do

• Translate People and Places requirements into AI-powered agents, tools, apps, workflows, and conversational experiences.
• Build solutions using platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Oracle HCM/Redwood, and ServiceNow.
• Implement approved use cases through configuration, prompt and content tuning, integrations, and testing.
• Improve the agentic experience layer to deflect routine Tier-0 and Tier-1 questions and guide users to the right next step.
• Monitor and optimize experiences using feedback, usage data, deflection rates, and resolution metrics.
• Apply responsible-AI, data privacy, security, and compliance practices while documenting reusable solutions and templates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or systems development, automation engineering, or digital experience; alternatively, 3 years with a Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise with low-code/no-code and automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Glean, or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and practical prompt-engineering skills.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise-system integrations.
• Ability to translate business processes into reliable, well-tested solutions and collaborate across global, cross-functional, multi-time-zone teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR, IT, or Facilities systems such as Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or ITSM.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent orchestration.
