What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customers with ARR ~$10M to improve ROI and secure contract renewals.
- Act as the primary trusted adviser for customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the footprint.
- Monitor end-user adoption and build action plans to ensure successful business transformation.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Partners to ensure implementation quality exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client services.
- Must be based in San Francisco, United States.
- Experience presenting to and influencing customer executives and stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical information for various personas.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region.
Nice to have
- Experience in business planning, including annual operating plans, forecasting, and modeling.
- Industry experience within the Technology, Media, and Telco (TMT) sectors.
