What you will do

• Provide high-level support for external customers via phone and email to resolve complex problems.
• Manage and solve escalated cases from Tier 1 support and peers.
• Train and mentor Level I Managed Services Analysts to help them reach engagement goals.
• Identify and document repetitive customer issues to drive process innovation.
• Analyze existing workflows to recognize inefficiencies and implement action plans to decrease costs.
• Delegate and monitor assigned projects while maintaining team reference materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge of software products and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong customer support skills and ability to meet KPI and QA standards.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
