What you will do

• Process customer invoices ensuring accuracy in coding, billing terms, and tax calculations.
• Execute billing runs and perform detailed analysis to verify accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and support month-end closing processes.
• Address customer questions and complaints while collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough customer files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing new procedures to enhance AR cycle efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or general accounting role.
• Proficiency with billing and accounting software.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
