Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Benton Harbor, MI or Cedar Rapids, IA

What you will do

• Gather requirements and finalize architecture for HMI modules using various SoCs.
• Select components, design schematics, and collaborate on PCB layout and placement.
• Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis.
• Design and calibrate sensor boards (Motion, Light, Temperature, etc.).
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams for bring-up and functional testing.
• Support certification activities (FCC, IC, CE) and resolve issues during testing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Benton Harbor, MI or Cedar Rapids, IA.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proficiency in hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces and protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, DSI, CSI).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including signal analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of certification standards such as FCC, IC, and CE.
