What you will do

• Support the full product implementation cycle, including requirements analysis, high-level and detailed design, PCBA layout, testing, integration, documentation, compliance certification, and production introduction.
• Develop next-generation sensors, sensing platforms, monitoring systems, and related hardware for industrial and utility customers.
• Design and validate analog and digital circuits, low-noise signal paths, power-management systems, and embedded hardware platforms.
• Integrate industrial communication protocols and sensors into new and existing hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product, and program management teams.
• Support sustaining engineering, product quality, reliability, and feature completion across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing hardware for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, and RS-485, as well as sensor integration.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools; Altium Designer is preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, firmware-hardware co-design, embedded debugging, EMC and safety compliance, product certification, and contract manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, and computational fluid simulation using Ansys, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
