What you will do

• Analyze client technical requirements regarding software architecture, database performance, and system administration.
• Install, configure, and personalize Sage X3 software to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-server and multi-application environments by analyzing logs and system performance.
• Manage software patches, upgrades, and database interfaces to ensure system stability.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and standard operating procedures for complex procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to diagnose issues and provide clear recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience with Sage X3 technical implementation or similar ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including installation, maintenance plans, and query writing.
• Experience consulting on systems architecture, software performance, and security protocols (LDAP, OAuth2, SAML2).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Development experience in Sage X3 4GL.
• Scripting proficiency in Windows Command Line and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with OpenSSL and advanced SQL Server performance tuning tools (SQL Profiler, Extended Events).
