What you will do
- Own the 2027 business planning process, driving assumptions, stress-testing, and producing a board-ready document by Q4 2026.
- Advance the OEM GTM strategy by coordinating execution across geographies, tracking milestones, and unblocking decisions.
- Drive cross-functional revenue projects end-to-end, including root-cause analysis, target-state definition, project planning, execution support, and quality assurance.
- Act as the connective tissue for revenue operations by surfacing stuck decisions, ensuring cross-functional handovers, and keeping projects moving.
- Run the revenue operating system by preparing briefs/materials and follow-up documentation to reduce operational coordination time for leadership.
- Systematize revenue workflows into reusable playbooks/templates and improve dashboards and reporting for revenue performance, capacity, and forecast visibility.
Requirements
- Ability to operate as a senior cross-functional operator close to leadership, driving planning, execution, and decision unblocking.
- Strong project management and reporting skills to deliver measurable outcomes for strategic revenue initiatives.
- Experience building or improving analytics/reporting (dashboards, forecasting, revenue visibility) for leadership decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to systematize ad-hoc workflows into repeatable processes and documentation.
- Comfort working across stakeholders and geographies, ensuring effective handovers between OEM and CS.
