What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on platform deployment and operational best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer escalations and product feedback.
• Develop and execute Success Plans to help customers achieve critical security KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops to unlock the full value of the platform for customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal Product, Engineering, and Support departments.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Swedish.
• Must have the legal right to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
