What you will do

• Own the long-term vision and strategy for the accounting technology stack.
• Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite, managing configurations, custom records, and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Drive automation projects including intercompany eliminations and SaaS metric reporting.
• Manage integrations between finance systems and upstream platforms like Salesforce.
• Establish rigorous system controls, documentation, and audit trails to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or FinTech operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS-specific accounting challenges including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations or system-wide automation projects.

• Technical literacy with integrations like Celigo, SQL, or SuiteScript.
