F-35 Depot Flow Planning Representative (Industrial Engineering): Planning, scheduling, and optimizing modification and retrofit events for the F-35 program with an accent on industrial engineering methods and simulation modeling. Focus on optimizing the Depot Flow Plan (DFP) and Depot Flow Forecast (DFF) to ensure program objectives are met.
Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This role requires a US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and integrate engineering changes into F-35 depot operations.
- Model and simulate scheduling scenarios to optimize Depot Flow Plans and forecasts.
- Apply industrial engineering principles to improve maintenance and logistics workflows.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate modification events for military aircraft.
- Analyze scheduling data to provide actionable insights for program stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- US Citizenship is mandatory due to government security clearance requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in aviation maintenance, logistics, or scheduling for military/commercial aircraft.
- Background in software modeling tools for industrial engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work under supervision and take ownership of complex projects.
