What you will do

• Lead the implementation of TRAX eMRO and eMobility systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and aircraft movement apps.
• Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for TRAX system queries and technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to map and refine processes, data, and workflows.
• Translate complex technical and process issues into solutions for cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate API integrations, software version deployments, and validation efforts with the Airlines department.
• Develop SOPs and user guides for Trax administrative and Flight Test functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in airline operations.
• 3+ years of experience in airline software implementation project management or product ownership (TRAX experience preferred).
• Thorough understanding of API architecture for integrating multiple software programs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Jasper reports.
• Ability to comprehend FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and OEM manuals.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with electric aircraft or eVTOL.
• Experience with NX, Teamcenter, or SAP.
• Part 23 Certification experience.
• Working knowledge of composite airframe and repair.
