Salary: $188,600 – $305,050 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior FP&A leadership to design organizational strategies and optimize financial planning processes.
• Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and the Databricks platform into core finance workflows to enable predictive analytics.
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Orchestrate OKR and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes and deliver high-impact communications to the CFO and executive stakeholders.
• Provide a strategic lens on commercialization, pricing models, and product-led growth metrics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in management consulting and in-house corporate FP&A or Business Operations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale corporate transformations and managing organizational change.
• Deep expertise in FP&A architecture and business transformation.
• Experience implementing AI, machine learning, or advanced automation tools within a finance organization.
• US work authorization (Employer discretion regarding export-controlled technology licenses).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a highly analytical field (MBA preferred).

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience in the SaaS or high-tech enterprise software landscape.
