What you will do

• Manage foreign currency exposure, liquidity, and treasury activities in coordination with Group Treasury.
• Oversee U.S. banking operations, including account administration, payment processes, and KYC compliance.
• Administer U.S. insurance programs and coordinate policy renewals with brokers and Group Insurance.
• Prepare treasury, cash, and liquidity reports using ERP and treasury management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of treasury processes, controls, and financial governance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to support business planning.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of foreign currency risk, hedging, and liquidity forecasting.
• Experience with bank guarantees, standby letters of credit, or surety instruments.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ERP and treasury platforms like Oracle, IFS, or Quantum.
• Experience managing FX exposure in project-based environments.
• Exposure to enterprise risk or insurance coordination.
