Salary: £145,000–£185,000

What you will do

• Support developers and teams building on the hirify.global platform through direct technical assistance.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve bugs while contributing to documentation and technical guides.
• Write production-quality sample code to unblock customers and demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with community efforts and provide technical guidance on issues.
• Partner with Sales and BD teams to support customer strategy and technical conversations.
• Ensure customer success by proactively following up on integration and deployment challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in London
• Practicing engineer with proven experience building, shipping, and debugging production software.
• Ability to navigate and work across unfamiliar codebases to resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to solve underlying problems rather than just tickets.
• English: C1+ proficiency required

• Previous experience in a Developer Success or Developer Advocate role.
• Experience working with developer communities.
• Active contributions to open source projects.
• Prior experience building applications using hirify.global.
