What you will do

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight customer trends, journey pain points, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze NPS, CSAT, survey responses, support interactions, and product usage data.
  • Utilize Qualtrics or similar platforms to support Voice of Customer reporting.
  • Apply NLP and AI-assisted methods to process large volumes of unstructured text data.
  • Implement automation and Agentic AI opportunities to improve insight generation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing to make insights actionable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer insights, business analytics, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Hands-on experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and API-based data extraction.
  • Experience with NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis or topic modeling.

Nice to have

  • Experience or interest in Agentic AI and LLMs for data interpretation.
  • Background in business operations or CX analytics.
