TL;DR
Senior BI & Analytics Specialist (SaaS): Building unified KPI dashboards and GTM funnel tracking systems for a multi-brand portfolio with an accent on stakeholder management and data scoping. Focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution and expanding analytics maturity across the customer lifecycle.
Location: Fully Remote (Must have existing eligibility to work in Belgium)

What you will do
- Translate complex business needs into technical data requirements and prioritized analytical roadmaps.
- Lead the OneView Dashboard initiative to consolidate KPIs (revenue, subscriptions, traffic) into a unified reporting layer.
- Drive the GTM Funnel Analytics programme to track lead acquisition and channel performance across multiple SaaS brands.
- Expand analytics coverage to include user onboarding flows and in-product behavior.
- Collaborate with Data Platform and Engineering teams to optimize how data is modelled and surfaced.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior data and analytics roles (e.g., Lead BI Engineer, Head of Data).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics projects independently from scoping to delivery.
- Deep hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and experience with modern platforms (Databricks is a plus).
- Familiarity with SaaS GTM metrics and tools like Amplitude or HubSpot.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Belgium is required; no sponsorship or relocation packages available.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a multi-brand or portfolio company structure.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead lifecycle tracking.
- Previous experience as a consultant or contractor in fast-paced environments.
