Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive their AI strategies.
• Design, build, and refine conversational AI agents.
• Manage the execution and delivery of complex, high-visibility agent development projects.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide data-driven strategic insights to influence customer and internal team decisions.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English is required.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for risk identification and mitigation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations.
