Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Annually

What you will do
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email to address day-to-day needs.
- Manage the quoting process for technology needs, including software, licensing, and warranties.
- Track sales opportunities and tasks within Autotask PSA.
- Resolve client service concerns, billing inquiries, and invoice disputes.
- Conduct follow-ups on client satisfaction surveys to restore confidence.
- Support Technology Account Managers (TAMs) with proposals, research, and client-facing presentations.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restriction.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT sales or account management.
- Prior experience in inside sales, account support, or client service, preferably in an MSP or B2B environment.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours availability.
