What you will do
- Manage and curate EMEA-specific Q&A libraries within an AI-native RFP response platform.
- Adapt global program tools, templates, and processes to fit EMEA market nuances and regional procurement requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for strategic EMEA bids, managing timelines and coordinating reviews.
- Write and refine proposal content, translating complex product and technical capabilities into clear, client-facing responses.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Solutions Consulting, Legal, Security, and Marketing to resolve blockers.
- Lead post-mortems on supported bids to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing or bid coordination, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Familiarity with EMEA procurement processes.
- Ability to synthesize technical details and product architecture into well-structured prose under deadline pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills to drive accountability across internal teams.
- Must be based in London for hybrid work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-native RFP platforms or knowledge management tools (e.g., Responsive, Loopio).
- Fluency in an additional European language such as French, German, or Spanish.
