What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multi-level team of associates and supervisors to ensure operational success.
• Oversee end-to-end processes for settlements, corporate actions, and static data across EMEA markets.
• Set operational strategy and align team priorities with broader business objectives.
• Manage and mitigate operational risks by implementing robust controls and governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process redesign, and efficiency programs.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex settlement issues and regulatory deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in capital markets operations with deep knowledge of settlement lifecycles.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering objectives in high-volume environments.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA settlement market practices and cycles.
• Experience with settlement platforms such as Euroclear, Clearstream, or CREST.
• Strong background in risk management, audit oversight, and regulatory compliance.
