What you will do
- Define and execute the regional OE growth strategy to meet AOP targets for volume, price, and EBIT.
- Develop and manage strategic OEM partnerships to influence long-term platform allocation and co-development.
- Lead pricing strategy, margin expansion, and robust forecasting discipline to drive profitable growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing organization across account management, engineering, and quality functions.
- Drive OE innovation and technology strategy to secure a competitive development pipeline.
- Collaborate with the global OE leadership team to ensure strategic alignment and leverage cross-regional synergies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally with field sales and multidisciplinary exposure.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering measurable results.
