What you will do

  • Define and execute the regional OE growth strategy to meet AOP targets for volume, price, and EBIT.
  • Develop and manage strategic OEM partnerships to influence long-term platform allocation and co-development.
  • Lead pricing strategy, margin expansion, and robust forecasting discipline to drive profitable growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing organization across account management, engineering, and quality functions.
  • Drive OE innovation and technology strategy to secure a competitive development pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the global OE leadership team to ensure strategic alignment and leverage cross-regional synergies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally with field sales and multidisciplinary exposure.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering measurable results.
