Location: Must be based in the UK (Manchester, Birmingham, London, Bristol, or Sheffield) with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Lead operational compliance and governance across all UK installation and service activities.
  • Oversee accreditation frameworks for electrical, gas, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Develop and manage a national program of operational audits and inspections.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and non-conformances to drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with training teams to identify competency gaps and deliver compliance briefings.
  • Provide direct line management and coaching to a team of Quality Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the country.
  • Proven experience in operational compliance, governance, or quality assurance within a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK legislation, industry regulations, and accreditation schemes related to home energy.
  • Ability to manage multi-discipline compliance across electrical, gas, and renewable sectors.
  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
