What you will do
- Guide clients through VAT compliance requirements and onboarding readiness for filing operations
- Deliver onboarding consultations and client education via calls and virtual meetings
- Validate client data, processes, and readiness; manage complex onboarding scenarios and escalations
- Support international clients entering EMEA markets with VAT compliance setup
- Track onboarding workflows and maintain accurate operational reporting; drive process improvements
- Contribute to automation initiatives (data extraction/validation) and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of VAT compliance experience
- Customer-facing tax/compliance experience with extensive VAT knowledge
- Ability to explain complex VAT requirements clearly to clients and internal teams
- Experience handling complex onboarding or compliance scenarios
- Professional tax qualification (e.g., ATT Foundation Diploma or equivalent)
- Fluency in English
