TL;DR

Senior Producer (Design): Driving the day-to-day execution and delivery of UI/UX, narrative, and game design initiatives for Football Manager with an accent on planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on ensuring design output is delivered predictably at pace to meet an annual release cadence while maintaining high creative quality.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in studio)

What you will do

• Take assertive ownership of the delivery of UI/UX, narrative, and game design outputs across multiple features.
• Partner with Design Leads to translate creative vision into actionable plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
• Ensure design work is validated and ready for production to maintain an annual release cadence.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across creative, technical, and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of design production processes to enhance scalability and consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior game production roles with accountability for creative delivery.
• Deep understanding of production workflows in a deadline-driven, creative environment.
• Strong command of production tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working on large-scale, systems-driven, or simulation-heavy games.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Football Manager or deep sports simulation titles.
