What you will do

• Advocate for studio interests and ensure vendor alignment with project vision and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic outsourcing plans to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the full outsourcing project lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Monitor external vendor progress and ensure adherence to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal development stakeholders to manage the ingestion of external deliverables.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize outsourcing processes across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational management roles within the video game industry.
• Proven expertise in outsourcing operations, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and change management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, version control, and Unreal Engine development tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
