What you will do

• Participate in the end-to-end development of conversational AI agents from design to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered platform capabilities.
• Research and evaluate advanced AI technologies for practical product use cases.
• Integrate external APIs and services into AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in pager duty rotations as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, or Ukraine.
• English: B1+ proficiency required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic) and TypeScript (Nest.js).
• Experience designing AI agents using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Deep understanding of LLM concepts, RAG, prompt engineering, and observability.
• Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and designing REST APIs with streaming support.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases and columnar data warehouses.
• Familiarity with AWS and boto3.
• Experience with LLM observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Knowledge of feature-flagging platforms.
