What you will do

• Develop conversational AI agents from solution design through production deployment.
• Build AI-powered platform capabilities for advertising campaign analytics, insights, and automation.
• Collaborate with GenAI teams and cross-functional partners on practical product use cases.
• Research and evaluate advanced AI technologies for product development.
• Integrate external APIs and services into AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in pager duty rotations as needed.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
• Experience with TypeScript and Nest.js.
• Experience designing AI agents with LangGraph or LangChain, including graph-based workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, and checkpointing.
• Knowledge of LLM engineering, RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and tracing.
• Experience with REST APIs, SSE or WebSockets, SQL, PostgreSQL, data modeling, and automated testing with pytest or Jest.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, columnar data warehouses, AWS, or boto3.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, text-to-SQL, LLM observability tools, feature-flagging platforms, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, caching, API routing, or multi-agent orchestration.
