What you will do

• Process and code incoming invoices while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, address payment queries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment batches and maintain financial archives for audits.
• Perform month-end closing activities and account reconciliations within the NetSuite ERP system.
• Administer employee expense reimbursement reports and conduct banking verifications for suppliers.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or Coupa.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills and effective corporate communication abilities.
