What you will do

• Partner with GTM and Marketing teams to ensure a single source of truth for financial KPIs.
• Develop and report on key Marketing metrics, including pipeline generation and spend ratios.
• Present financial data and strategic recommendations to an executive audience including the CFO and VP of Finance.
• Support quarterly forecasts and Annual Operating Plan processes by building detailed operating models.
• Define and manage real-time KPI tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Utilize Pigment and PowerBI platforms to support efficient forecasting, reporting, and dashboard generation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, accounting, or high-growth enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS KPIs such as LTV:CAC, pipeline conversion, and cost per opportunity.
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across different time zones.
• Must be based in or near Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Prior FP&A experience supporting Sales or Marketing functions within a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in SQL.
